Our program is led by a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience, ensuring every resident and client receives compassionate, professional, and trauma‑informed support.

We go beyond housing. We provide accountability, structure, and wraparound services that help individuals stay on track and move toward independence. Through our sister company, MF Express Lab & Vitality Center LLC, members and clients can access on‑site or mobile alcohol and drug testing, wellness checks, and phlebotomy services—all integrated into their individualized support plans when needed. This unique model ensures consistency, compliance, and peace of mind for residents, families, and referral partners.

We also offer Home Care Services, providing personal care, companion care, and independence‑focused support for seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals needing assistance in their own homes. Our caregivers follow a dignity‑first approach, helping clients remain safe, stable, and supported in the place they call home.

In addition, our Peer Support Services connect individuals with trained peers who have lived experience and can offer guidance, encouragement, and accountability. Peer support helps clients build confidence, develop coping skills, and stay motivated as they work toward long‑term stability and independence.
